Where is the initiator of a scheduled workflow configured?

I have used the Workflow scheduler in O365. Here I can define which user’s credentials that is going to trigger a workflow. I cannot find this setting in my Sp2013 environment.

Workflow Scheduler doesn’t offer the option to initiate a workflow from a specific user but Actions Pack does have simplified credentials management though.
