We are trying to upload a Word template to a Plumsail Documents process but the content control boxes which contain hide-bock-if statements are not uploading as content control boxes but as plain text. I'm new to Plumsail and would appreciate any advice on what we might be doing wrong with the upload that this word document function is being dropped.
This is a screenshot of the Word Template with the control box:

Hi Peter,
Thanks so much for the reply. I've updated my word template as suggested - ensuring I was replicating the formulas inside the rich text control within the word document. When I uploaded it to Plumsail Docs the control box is no longer visible and the results are still incorrect - Screen shots below:

Test result #1 (Business Type = Trust, therefore Company Name and ABN should be hidden and Name of Trustee should be visible):
Test result #2 (Business Type != Trust, therefore Company Name and ABN should be visible and Name of Trustee should be hidden):
I'm sure this is because the control box formatting is missing when the template is uploaded to Plumsail? How do you upload the word document to Plumsail and keep the control boxes embedded in the document?
I think doesn't mattet that you don't see the rich text control in the Porcess editor. It still should be working. Try my template and let me know the results.
