I have a issue where Status field that is updated from workflow is not firing item update event in list and flow doesn't kick off since it doen't recognize item have been changed
Could you clarify the case? You use a workflow to update the "Status" field in the "Tickets" list of HelpDesk. Do you use the action from Workflow Actions Pack ("Update List Item at Any Site") or the standard one? And you expect that it will fire a flow (not workflow) which uses a standard SharePoint trigger "When an item is created or modified." Am I right? I need this information to reproduce your case correctly.
hi figure out the issue the flow takes more than 5 minute to update item and if someone change item before that it will not trigger since criteria not meet so i have workaround to lock the field.
