Hi

I have a trial of workflow scheduler for SP Foundation 2013. I have installed it but it doesn’t see the available workflows relating to a site. Can you advise?
Is SharePoint Foundation supported?

Thank you for your questions.

Yes, Foundation is supported, but Workflow Scheduler allows to schedule site level workflows only. Workflow Scheduler supports SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 site level workflows. Generally, it was developed for SharePoint 2013 workflows, because they allow to get multiple items and iterate through them using loops. Thus, you could process multiple items within single site level workflow, but Foundation doesn’t support SharePoint 2013 workflows.

Please, ensure that you are trying to schedule site level workflows. I guess you have list level workflows only, that is why you don’t see any workflow.
