I am trying to log in on the Forms App, but when I type my credentials an Invalid Username or password message appear. I can log in in the web site but I don’t know why in the app I can’t.

Do you mean the public forms? Have you registered an account at
http://account.plumsail.com/
Are you able to log into your Plumsail Account?
Make sure that you’re on the first tab of the designer’s sign in form if you’re going to work with public web forms:
