Action - Create sharepoint site

Hi,

I’ve got a flow that executes based off a power app - It appears that the flow is trying to create the sharepoint site using the permissions based off the user logged into the power app and not the Plumsail API Authenticated login? Is this by design or am I experiencing an issue? …
