Add 'Due Time' to 'Due Date'

We have quite a few setup requests come to the helpdesk for bookings and setups etc. Most of these are scheduled for a time and date but we can only set a date. After being able to do this we want to send all agents an email reminding them of the booking so its not forgotten.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

You can use scheduling in helpdesk for sending email notifications to your agents by choosing specific conditions and timing. Please find the instruction here

How would I specify to send an alert if the booking is due in an hours time?
Currently I have this, but not sure how to use the last condition.
