i noticed, that in the newest version 2.1.44 it is not possible anymore to assign tickets to users who are not agents.
This was actually quite a nice possibility and is now limiting our daily work with the system.
Is there a way to re-activate the precious behaviour?
Hello! Unfortunately, that is not possible. Though earlier HelpDesk allowed assigning tickets to any SharePoint user, it is supposed that ticket's assignee is an agent and there always was a restriction of their number. The last release just fixed the licensing bug.
