Assign to group

Ive setup different sharepoint groups and added required members but they are not getting any notification of tickets being logged.

I have it set condition to assign to "Group Name"

Hello Mick! If the ticket was successfully assigned to the group, then check its settings: everyone should be able to view the group's membership.

as far as I understand Mick's request, he wants a notification to all group members, when a tickets is assigned to that specific group. Is your answer (setting "everyone can view group membership") really the solution? How does that affect the ability for plumsail helpdesk of notifications to the group members?

Hello Nico! Checking the mentioned option allows HelpDesk access to the e-mail of the group members and thus send them the notifications.
