Depends on the source data and chart configuration. Can you send us a screenshot of the source list and what field types you use?

Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the issue with the chart, even with exported configuration:
Can you reproduce a similar configuration with another list, seeing if it will give the same error? Or if it's something specific to the list.
