Canned Response Hyperlinks

Hi,

We have noticed that when we add hyperlinks to our canned response it seems that SharePoint strips out the base URL, the problem is that when end users receives the email and when they try and click on the hyperlink it doesn't work as the links it trying to go to sites/[sitename]/document rather that https://our-sharepoint-site/site/document do you know of any way to solve this?

Hello Stefen! Unfortunately, there is no a workaround for this, you have to insert links manually after adding the canned response to a current reply. We will fix the bug but it will take a while due to overloading of developers. I will inform you here about the fix release.
