Can't insert a dashboard designer chart

Hi,
I recently bought your dashboard designer and added the app to my site collection. When i first accessed the app, it asked me to manually add a link to a CQWP or provide my login credentials, i chose to manually add the link, and all is done, i created my first chart by directly accessing the app from my site contents and then the app saved a new page for me with my chart. After a while i wanted to insert a new chart on the same page, i found that Dashboard designer icon on my ribbon is disabled and i’m not able to insert new charts. I’m using office 365 E3, and i’m a global admin. Please help.

Please try to clear your browser’s cache, close the browser and try to insert a Dashboard Designer chart again.
