I’ve created a flow that runs an approval and grants a user item permission to a folder through the Change SharePoint Permissions. This flow is intended for group owner to run manually on list items. However when they run the Flow is looks to create a Plumsail SP connections with Connection Name and Access Key. Will this need to be configured for each user or can be it be added before?

Hi @flowy,
You create the API key and add it in MS Flow. Next person who runs the Flow doesn’t need to enter it again unless he/she logged in with another account.
