We want to make a a change to how comments are display on the Ticket Form but when I open the Ticket Form to make the change all i see is where the comments are display. How do I change how the comments look

Before I can advise you something concrete, could you specify first what are your requirements to the comments field and how should it look like in the result?
We would like to change the order of how the comments are display. at the moment it looks like they are display with the most recent comment at the top but we would the oldest comment at the top
