We have had a complete outage all day. I have opened a ticket and asked for an update. 7+ hours and still nothing. I have continued to defend having Plumsail products but our CIO is constantly questioning why because of lack of having a support contact in case of outages. We have multiple helpdesk systems for our business and none are working. Needless to say there is a lot of pressure on me to get it working or start looking for a more reliable product.
