Contact form uses API but takes long to submit

Hello,

We recently integrated a website contact us form that uses WordPress gravity forms with the Plumsail API so that the "email" field is automatically set as the requester when the ticket comes in. This has led to the form taking 30-90 seconds to submit each time.

Is there any way to fix this delay and/or does anyone have any advice on how we can speed up the submission of the form. I can provide more details in DM if necessary. Thank you.

Hello Jake! Please share your code that sends API requests to HelpDesk, browser console logs, and networks data (HAR) collected in a private mode when the form is submitted.
