I was wondering if you had a solution on creating a chart similar to here but I want to be able to have two lines. One display the tickets created in the last 30 days vs the tickets closed in the last 30 days. I've gotten the creation portion completed, but have had a lot of trouble trying to put on the closed portion.

Yes I do have a field for that called “Closed Date” also that link takes me to install the current 1.5 version that I already have installed.

To upgrade the app in Office 365 you just need to remove the app from the Site Contents, wait for two minutes, and add it again from the store.
You can find the current version at the bottom of the designer.
