Custom trigger for Internal emails vs Outside emails?

Would it be possible to create a Requester - New ticket trigger that responses different for internal emails vs outside emails?

Yes, it's possible.

Please, add a new Notification for internal requester: Requester - New ticket trigger and add there a condition for Requester's email address. I assume, internal email addresses contain your domain name. Then the trigger will looks like this:

In the old trigger, please, add a condition to exclude those internal requesters:
