I am wondering if there is a way to delete comments on a ticket. It seems and argent incorrectly posted a public comment to a ticket that should have been private... Is there a way for me to delete this so the requester can no longer access this comment?

Unfortunately, there is no way to delete comments. When you add a comment to a ticket, HelpDesk sends an email with the added comment to the requester's inbox. As you may already know, sent emails cannot be retracted, so comments cannot be deleted.
