Different Views

I am trying to set up a way for us to separate tickets. I have a different view for 'Billing' and for 'Operations' and I want to automate it so certain tickets go to certain views. Is there a way to do this, so I can go to my 'Billing' view and only see tickets regarding billing based on its category or title? I do not want to create multiple subsites, is that the only way?

Hello Matt! You can configure a certain filtration rule for each of your custom views.

But you will need either to set the category for tickets manually or use automation tools: HelpDesk triggers or Power Automate flows.
