The Requester field is required, but the user who submitted the ticket is no longer with the company and was deleted. Now, changes to the ticket cannot be saved because there isn't a Requester listed, but there doesn't seem to be a way to edit this field to correct the problem.
Is there a way to edit the Requester field?
