Emails not reaching user?


We recently noticed that responses to tickets are not reaching out to users even though it was working this morning.

I see errors occurred on your domain and pass them to developers. I am sorry you are experiencing such interruption in the working process. We try to solve the issue as soon as possible.


We have checked occurred errors and they are not connected with sending notifications to users. Can you verify your E-mail settings? Check custom SMTP server settings.

Also check the trigger responsible for sending notifications if it is active and configured properly. Download its log and attach to a message in this topic.
