Error For security reasons DTD is prohibited in this XML document

When I try to create a Sharepoint Site from template I get a message saying,

For security reasons DTD is prohibited in this XML document. To enable DTD processing set the DtdProcessing property on XmlReaderSettings to Parse and pass the settings into XmlReader.Create method.

Can anybody please assist?

Please check this article. Most likely, when you created a custom credential API key, you used account name like "user@company.com" instead of "user@company.onmicrosoft.com." As an option, you can configure MSOID for the "onmicrosoft.com" domain.
