Error opening helpdesk tickets

We have found that, from yesterday afternoon, trying to open existing helpdesk tickets or creating new tickets, results in the following error:

Hello Adrian! Yesterday we fixed the issue caused by a Microsoft update. Please ensure that you use the latest version of HelpDesk (Settings > About), clear browser cache, and check whether the issue persists.
