Error registering HelpDesk Instance

hi,
we have HelpDesk licence as follow:
Current version:2.1.16

Plan:Ocean liner

Expiration date:Sunday, March 5th 2023

anyway when I create a new helpdesk page using widget in version 2.1.17

installation is not succesful and I get following error:

10:09:04: Registering HelpDesk instance...
10:09:05: Il codice di stato della risposta non indica la riuscita dell'operazione: 500 (Internal Server Error).

can you help me?
