We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue when submitting tickets. Some users occasionally receive the following error message:
"Oops! There seem to be some errors below: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'status')"
This issue appears randomly among different users, and we have been unable to identify a common pattern or connection between the affected accounts. While clearing the browser cache often resolves the error, this is not a sustainable long-term solution, and it is becoming a frustration for our users.
Could you please assist us in identifying the root cause and finding a permanent fix?
