Error with Top Menu Views

Hello,

in all of our 5 Helpdesk instances the views are suddenly disappered! My Tickets / Group tickets .....

Checked with chrome and edge. Closed, deleted cache and other users.

Please provide a solution

Hello Daniel! Yesterday we had an issue that might cause the issue and has been resolved by now. Please clear browser cache and check whether it persists. If so, load the page in incognito mode, open developer tools (F12), switch to the ‘Network’ tab, press Ctr+R, and reproduce the issue. Then export a HAR file:

Switch to the ‘Console’ tab, open the context menu of any record and save the logs:
