After latest update (V2.1.43) the top menu dissapeared. We don't have My Tickets, unassigned etc. Also, when we click on a ticket, the page autorefresh 2-3 times before it stops. Then we can open the ticket. This happens on different computers and in different browsers.
Hello! Please ensure that you use the latest browser version and clear browser cache, check whether the issue persists. If it does, please load the page in incognito mode, open developer tools (F12), switch to the ‘Network’ tab, press Ctr+R, and reproduce the issue. Then export a HAR file:
Please open a SharePoint admin centre and check whether you have pending requests for API access from HelpDesk. If so, please approve, clear browser cache and check whether the issue persists.
