Getting a 500 error when creating tickets. Emailed tickets die silently

I saw some older tickets where this was a backend error - is that the case this time? Is this occurring for others?

Interestingly, we have two instances of Helpdesk on our tenant. This is only failing on one of them.

We're going to rerun the setup tool and see if that solves it.

Running repair did not fix.

Hello Jeff! I am sorry for the incident. There were changes on the US servers that caused the issue. They are resolved by now and the HelpDesk workability should be restored. Please check and confirm.
