Getting the URL into a column

Hi

I have been trying to figure this out but i cannot get it to work. Im new to this.
I followed this guide.

I have 2 issues.

  1. When i create a new item i have a column named URL, i want thi column to auto get the URL of the site that the item created. For exampel i fill out the Titel and Site partial URL then i want the column URL to be filled in with site it created from Titel and Site partial URL.

  2. granting permissions, i dont know how to grant permissions to the site that was just generated.
