Heldesk Widget Not loading pages with sorting "last comment"

Hello,
we have problems with the plumsail helpdesk widget.
If a users wants to see his old tickets in the plumsail helpdesk widget it doesn't load the second page. The user gets an error message "Something went wrong". This happens when the sorting is on "last comment".
If the users changes the sorting to creation date, ticket number oder reference the other pages and tickets can be opened.

Hello! I have reproduced the issue and informed developers about it. I will keep you posted about the progress of fixing it.

The developers have prepared the fix for this issue. I will notify you once it is published.
