Our Help Desk widget on our SharePoint site is not loading. I generated a new widget configuration and deleted the web part and re-added it with no luck. Our Help Desk has been updated to the latest version.

Please accept my apology for the issue. It was the latest update that affected the widget. It's fixed now, please clear the browser cache and check again.
