We’ve simplified and improved the way HelpDesk is packaged and deployed for SharePoint Online.
No more region specific SPFx packages. HelpDesk now uses a unified interregional SPFx package that works across all regions. This means you no longer need to choose or manage different packages depending on your geographic location.
If you have an existing region specific package installed, please remove it and install the latest HelpDesk SPFx package to apply this change.
Additionally, HelpDesk is now available in the Australia server location.
You can select the region when installing a HelpDesk instance for the first time.
