Helpdesk site deleted

Hi,

All helpdesk data of a site of ours was accidentally lost, We have have a full SP site backup service but after a restore the site still does not view correctly. I have tried to run a repair but I think the problem is the site was on V2.1.15 and I can only find the V2.1.49 installer to repair with. I cans see that certain folders were renamed or spaces taking out in site contents between these versions.

Can you help or provide a old version of the installer please?

Hello Michael! Please raise a ticket at support@plumsail.com and refer to this topic. In the message, please specify the following:

  • how were the data deleted,
  • how did you restore them,
  • what is not correct in the HelpDesk view, provide some screenshots,
  • HelpDesk site URL,
  • the screenshot of the ‘About’ page in settings,
  • is HelpDesk somehow functioning or it does not work at all?
