Helpdesk Widget - Not displaying

Hi

We have started seeing an issue today with the Helpdesk widgets not loading.

I have updated both sites to the latest version to see if that helped (they were one version behind) but no joy.

If I try adding a new widget I get an error when adding the HelpDesk Widget Configuration ID

“Invalid widget configuration ID”

I tried creating a new ID but with the same result.

Widget was set up for SharePoint rather than external.

Hello Mark! I am sorry for the incident. There was a temporary issue on our server that caused the widget outage for 5 hours since 8:20 (UTC). For now it should work - please confirm.
