Dashboard Designer 2.6.0. over SP365.
Issue is that all targets are at the max (I guess the same value of "count number") , also all category very thin. Don't get what happen here.
My list is basically made of :
group (text), identifier (unique), target (numb)er
A, INC1,140
A, INC2,140
B, INC3,100
B, INC4,100
B, INC5,100
B, INC6,100
...

The chart applies the same function to the target field that you use for the value field. In your case, the function is Count.
So, you should calculate the count in the Data Source -> Aggregation tab. Then un-check ‘Display each group as separate series’ in the Dashboard -> Chart tab, set Value’s function in ‘field’ and pick the calculated field in the drop-down.
