We are looking to add a holiday schedule to our ticketing system. Ideally this would pause all SLAs on specific holidays and maybe even send an automated response indicating that we are off for the holiday.
It's mainly the SLAs, the automated response isn't 100% necessary and can be done elsewhere in Exchange.
I was thinking maybe a scheduler using a cron string would work? Or maybe a scheduler in conjunction with a tag of some sort? If not, maybe a power automate flow? I checked the regional settings under all site settings which is where you can set work days and hours and didn't see an option for holidays. Maybe there's some kind of alternate calendar we could use?
