How to edit the new ticket form?

Hello,

I'm looking to edit the new ticket form that comes up with you click the "+ New" button. See below for what I'm referring to:

I have opened the site in plumsail forms, and I found how to edit the regular ticket form but can't find where to edit the new ticket form. If someone can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it, thank you!

Hello @Jake,

This form can be edited by selecting Tickets → Ticket in the Forms Designer:

Also make sure that you are applying modifications to the New form:
