I'm being told I've used all my agents but I haven't

Has anyone run into this issue before? We only have 3 agents set up and are licensed for 5. Thanks.

Hello, Joel! HelpDesk counts agents on all sites in total (the same person on different sites counts for 1). Please check the ‘Contacts’ list on all sites and change the role for some contacts if required. I have sent you the list of all HelpDesk sites you have through a direct message.

Update: Joel confirmed that the issue was caused by extra agents on other HelpDesk sites.
