I wanted to install Plumsail Helpdesk yet again, as my co-workers are so happily ticketing 
But unfortunately the installer doesn’t start properly: I opens, establishes a connection, downloads some data…and crashes.
What can I do? What information do you need?

It crashes without output or prompt. It’s just gone.
Hello! I am sorry for the troubles. The developers prepared a fix, I will inform you once it is released.
We released the fix so the wizard should work again. Please check.
