Issues Setting Up Web Widget in New Helpdesk Instance

We recently created a new Helpdesk instance for another use case. The associated SharePoint site was generated during the Plumsail installation, and we haven’t made any changes to it so far.

Next, we attempted to set up a web widget that users can use to submit tickets. Unfortunately, this is currently not working as expected.

Here are the specific issues we're encountering:

  • When trying to insert the URL where the widget is embedded, we receive an error message.
  • Copying the configuration file from the widget settings results in no action – nothing happens.
  • Under the "Email" menu, the supported mailboxes do not load at all.

For further troubleshooting, I’ve attached the .log and .har files, which were captured in incognito mode.
I had to zip the Network file because it was to big.

Our developers found some errors in our logs related to your SharePoint domain. Could you please try running the HelpDesk Wizard in Repair mode? If this fails to produce a difference, could you please let me know whether you've altered the site's URL at some point?

I've also removed the attachements from your initial message. If you encounter an issue in the future, it's better to send logs to us via https://plumsail.com/support/. This removes security risks that are inherent in a public forum.
