Last Comment Date not updating

Hi Guys,

Last comment date' on one of our ticketing system has stopped updating since the 24th of this month.

Could you provide me with the instance URL, a sample ticket ID on which the property wasn't updated as well as with screenshots on which it can be seen what is the date of the last comment and the value of the "Last comment date" field? Please provide it with a private message.
