Modern Site Creation - Failing

Does the Modern Site Creation Flow action only work with the "SharePoint - Custom Credentials" API Key?

I tried using the "SharePoint - App Auth" type and I am getting an error which I have seen before when using the PnP PowerShell module - "You need to set the owner in App-only context". Are there other steps I need to take to get this working?

Any help would be appreciated. I have looked through the documentation but can't see anything specifically pointing this out.

Yes, the action works only with "SharePoint - Custom Credentials" API Key. Please check out the documentation.
