Mutiple lines in line chart

I have a list with fields Date, value 1, value 2

Is it possible to display a line chart with Date as the category, and have 2 lines, one for value 1 and one for value 2.

Hello!
You say you want to display a line based on just one value? Are you sure you want the line chart, not a bar chart? Can you give us some sample data and an example picture of what the chart needs to look like?

I ended up restructuring my list.

Instead of having, Date, Value, Name 1, Date Value, Name 2

I have Date, Category Type (Name 1 or Name 2), Value, and just grouped by category type with date on x axis and value on y axis to achieve 2 lines.
