No Tickets Being Created

Our helpdesk is failing to create a new ticket through Power Automate. We are receiving the below error.

Hello Joe! Yesterday we published a major update on our back end that improves the HelpDesk performance. It caused the error you mentioned but for now, it is fixed. Please check and let us know whether it is alright.
