Not showing content of new form

Hello,

we have a few new installations of helpdesk. tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/TestPlumsail1 - TestPlumsail5.

I soon as i am adding additional columns to the Tickets-List and start modifying it through PlumsailForms 2.0.7 the NewForm stops working. Even when i go back to the template of the NewForm and going back to the version 0.1 of the form.
It shows no content/Form.

Hello Daniel! If the default restoring forms does not work for you, please try to import them through the desktop designer. I will send you a .zip archive - unzip it, import and save each form separately (new, edit, display). If it does not work too, please ensure that you do not use form sets. It may be so that you customised the form in one set and left it blank in another.
