Notification to other agents "Ticket assigned"

Hi there,

I let my tickets be automatically assigned to the first person to respond to by mail.

Unfortunately, none of the other agents are notified about the ticket being processed by someone. How can I, additionally to "assign to {{comment.from.email}}" send an email to "all agents, but the one that just commented on that ticket"?

Hello! After the action assigning the ticket to the required agent, add a 'Send email' one with this configuration. As I understand, the trigger runs on adding a comment by the agent to whom the ticket is assigned.
