Office 365 install problem

Hi all

I know I’m posting this under SP2013 but there is no O365 section.

I’m having trouble installing via the sharepoint store, with the store failing with an unable to verify license error?

Anyone able to shed any light?

Hi,
Have you installed the app previously? If so, try to remove all instances of the app and the license from admin center -> SharePoint -> apps -> Manage Licenses. Then try to install the app again. Make sure that you’re the site collection admin.

If it does not help, please, send temporary access to your tenant to support@spchart.com and we will investigate the issue.
