Panel in list view not working

Hello,

Recently (past couple of days), a few of our users have experienced the panel not working in the ticket views. Previously, they'd select a ticket, and the panel would slide out, and then they could close it. Now, it opens the ticket in an entirely new page.

Our help desk version is up to date, the users in question cleared cache and cookies (even tried a brand-new browser), I checked the Plumsail forms editor, etc. and everything is how it was previously. I don't know why this is happening and if anyone has any advice, that would be great. Thank you in advance.

similar here - if I click a ticket from the list it opens in the same page and doesn't load the ticket info. If I click edit from the ticket list it opens in the same page but does have all the info and can be actioned. Trying to use the form designer is a pain - doesn't recognise my valid SharePoint credentials.

Hello! Please accept our apology for the issue. It is caused by the latest Microsoft release and we are working on fixing the issue with the side panels. We plan to finish on August 11.
