I have tried to upload a docx template, create a new one within the doc builder, deleting and creating a new document, but it is still outputting a completely blank file. No header, no text, nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating as my existing documents are working fine. Attached is my template and pdf output.
This is creating a huge issue for my client so prompt assistance would be appreciated.

If the issue still persists, please send us the console logs and HAR file to support@plumsail.com and reference this conversation so we can investigate further.
To collect them, please follow these steps:
Open the browser console (F12 or right click → Inspect),
Once it is loaded, reproduce the issue
Export the console log (Console → Right click → Save as):
And network data (Network → Export HAR):
Additionally, please send us the payload (the data sent to the template). You can find instructions on how to download it here.
I also couldn’t find an active subscription associated with your domain. Please include the email address associated with your subscription in your reply email.
